We run a general practice working with clients for issues such as panic attacks, fears and phobias, low self confidence and anxiety. Also motivation for passing exams and driving tests and sports performance improvement.

Using a combination of hypnotherapy and energy therapies such as EFT (emotional freedom techniques) enables us to help our clients to achieve the results they want to see in their lives.

Helen is a member both of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychtherapy (ICHP Ireland) and the the Association of Meridian Energy Therapists (AMT UK).
