Just imagine how much better your life could be if you were free of your irrational fear. Think now of how many different ways you would immediately benefit. In what ways is your fear holding you back socially or career wise? Or is it threatening your very health?

Do you dream of freeing yourself from your irrational fear one day?

The only sad thing is that so few people know how easily they could free themselves of an irrational fear, or fears. Even if that fear may have been constricting their lives or possibly threatening their health for what seems a lifetime.

Different Fears, One Solution

You may be suffering from one of three different types of irrational fear. It may be a complex fear, i.e. aset of fears. E.g. fears of not being in control, being in public spaces and traveling far from home may result in a person fearing to fly.

You may suffer from an irrational social fear. This is a fear of placing yourself in a situation where others have the chance to observe or judge you. Common examples of this type of fear are fears of public speaking or meeting strangers.

Or you may have a specific fear. All this means is that the source of the fear is not complex and can be identified. People may literally suffer from any one of hundreds of such fears - fear of lightening, spiders, buttons and so forth.

Whichever type of fear is making your life a misery, it can be readily let go of using Hypnosis.

Who Do Fears and Phobias Affect?

The short answer is that irrational fears can affect anyone. Men, women, children, teenagers and adults all can suffer from irrational fears. Suffering from an irrational fear is not related to intelligence, educational level, strength of character or social background.

They are in fact very common in the population However, many people are ashamed to admit they have one or more irrational fears. Many will either go to great lengths to avoid that which they fear, or pretend that it affects them a lot less than it actually does.

When to get Help

When is it advisable to work on resolving your fear with the help of hypnsis? Essentially, if you:

  • Are aware that the fear is irrational, i.e. you know rationally that the fear does not make sense but that however many times or people explain this to you (or you explain it to yourself), the fear remains as strong as ever, and
  • The fear is seriously curtailing your life style and/or threatening your health in some way.

Some fears have important and obvious consequences for our health. These include those of fears that stop people visiting a dentist or fears related to having necessary surgery.

Others curtail our social life or stop us from reaching our career potential.

This does not have to happen to you. Hypnosis can help you.
