It does not matter if you are top of your class, president of the company, have 2 Ph.Ds, have beautiful looks or are nearly as rich as Bill Gates. I have worked with such people who appear successful to others but who still experience these types of negative thoughts and feelings.
Some people try to over achieve to compensate for their feelings of inadequacy. However, no matter how hard they try, no matter what they achieve, the feelings remain.
Others never come close to even starting to realize their potential or enjoy life because of their lack of confidence.
And as you know, lack of confidence is a terrible thing to have to bear in life. It means you never get to enjoy it.
No matter how hard you work, no matter what you achieve, no matter how much everyone else admires you or what you've done or acquired. You still feel bad inside. Often approaching every day or certain events with a sense of dread, fear and inadequacy.
But it does not have to be that way: Ever, for anyone. You will have noticed most likely that no matter how often and firmly you tell yourself, or hear others telling you, that you are good enough, that you can do it etc. makes no difference as to how you feel about yourself inside.
That's because you are using your conscious mind, the rational side of your mind, to try and solve a problem that exists in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind has picked up some negative programming, a misunderstanding about yourself, most likely from when you were very young.
When we are young and our minds are developing, the subconscious part of our mind is very open to picking up whatever messages about ourselves that are given to us by those who look after us.
It does not take many years however for a protective wall to build up around our subconscious mind. That wall firmly protects those negative messages about how adequate we are. A wall that normally makes it very hard, if not impossible under normal circumstances, to change those early subconscious misperceptions.
And those negative beliefs about ourselves, once established, literally stay with us for life if we do not learn to do something about them. Meanwhile, we just get to experience life passing us by. Living in painful anxiety but trying not to show it. Never experiencing a true sense of peace and satisfaction with ourselves.
To change we need help to replace those negatives beliefs that we have about ourselves with realistic, helpful positive beliefs about ourselves.
In hypnosis we get to communicate directly with our subconscious minds. The very place where our beliefs are created and stored.
With hypnosis you are working at the level at which the problem exists. Now you can change those beliefs. Thousands have, and have gone on to lead joyful, successful confident lives. And so can you. Are you ready to change?
